Refund & Cancellation Policy

At REVOKE, customer satisfaction matters. This policy explains the conditions under which refunds, returns, and cancellations are accepted.

1. Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled before they are processed or shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process instead.

To request a cancellation, be sure to get in touch with us as soon as possible after placing your order.

2. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns under the following conditions:

Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed

Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging

Return requests must be made within 14 days of receiving the order

Once the returned item is inspected and approved, a refund will be issued.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Items showing signs of use or damage caused by the customer

Items returned outside the approved return period

Items marked as final sale or non-returnable

4. Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted subject to stock availability.
If the requested size or item is unavailable, a refund may be issued instead.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method

Refunds may take 10–14 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider

Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the item is defective or incorrect

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

7. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns

Changes will be effective once posted on the website.
